Natural Anti-Inflammatory Recipe

Ginger/Green Tea Drink
To reduce inflammation and body pain
Indications: If taking:
NSAID (Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin), Aspirin, Indomethacin, and predisone

•Use high quality, heat retaining, stainless steel 2-3 gallon pot
•Boil 1 gallon of water; add ½ pound of sliced ginger
  (peel ginger with pearing knife and slice into thin layers)
   lightly boil for 5 minutes; turn off and keep off
•Add 2-6 organic green tea bags, steep for 30-60 minutes, then take out
•After 4-12 hours, strain out ginger, place juice in glass jar and cool in fridge; drink cold or re-heat

~Drink ¼ cup daily~
~Helps reduces craving for starches~
